Any renovation by Highline Design begins with a visit with you, the client. An initial assessment, consultation and project budget are established, and preliminary designs and/or blueprints are drafted. This is followed by a detailed written quote in which the timeline of the project is determined and allowances for items such as cabinetry, counters, and flooring are made.

Provided the price is acceptable, a contract is created and application for permits is undertaken. During the actual building and renovating stage, we consult and work with you to ensure the progress being made is acceptable to you and to make any modifications that may arise once work has begun.

An inspection is made after each of the milestone stages of construction are achieved. When construction is complete your home is professionally cleaned and the figurative “keys” are handed over with the standard 2-year Warranty and our personal commitment to be there for you if anything goes wrong.
